  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la violencia de género hacia la mujer inmigrante en el Ecuador. La metodología desarrollada se apoyó en el enfoque cuantitativo, esgrimiendo la recolección y análisis de una tipología documental-bibliográfica. El investigador(a) cuenta con el beneficio de comprender y al mismo tiempo abarca temas desarrollados por otras personas, está clase de diseño facilita el análisis de fenómenos a los que no podemos acceder de manera directa, en este caso, la búsqueda de información, se orientó a configurar un punto de partida teórico, conceptual, histórico, legal y contextual. Es decir, qué para los efectos de este trabajo de investigación, se realizó una revisión documental desde la normativa y la doctrina vigente. Se concluye que resultó evidente detectar la flagrante violación del derecho de las mujeres inmigrantes a una vida libre de violencia dentro del territorio ecuatoriano, flagelo que atenta contra la dignidad humana.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze gender violence against immigrant women in Ecuador. The methodology developed was based on the quantitative approach, using the collection and analysis of a documentary-bibliographic typology. The researcher has the benefit of understanding and at the same time covering topics developed by other people, this kind of design facilitates the analysis of phenomena to which we cannot have direct access, in this case, the search for information was oriented to configure a theoretical, conceptual, historical, legal and contextual starting point. In other words, for the purposes of this research work, a documentary review was carried out based on the regulations and doctrine in force. It is concluded that it was evident to detect the flagrant violation of the right of immigrant women to a life free of violence within the Ecuadorian territory, a scourge that threatens human dignity.
