    El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar el concepto de familia desde el pluralismo jurídico en el régimen constitucional ecuatoriano. La investigadora se planteó como metodología para el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación el enfoque cuantitativo, mediante la exploración, recolección y análisis crítico mediante una tipología documental, apoyada con el diseño bibliográfico que busca la reflexión y análisis, construyendo métodos relacionados al juicio del fenómeno y así evaluar o discurrir nuevos argumentos. Al respecto, se examinaron y analizaron fuentes documentales a nivel teórico, tesis, norma, leyes y trabajos arbitrados vinculadas con los aspectos centrales del trabajo el concepto de familia desde el pluralismo jurídico en el régimen constitucional ecuatoriano. Luego del análisis realizado, se concluye que el concepto de familia desde el pluralismo jurídico en el régimen constitucional ecuatoriano, ha evolucionado de acuerdo a los nuevos paradigmas que se han implantado en Latino América y el resto del mundo.

    The general objective of the research was to analyze the concept of family from the legal pluralism in the Ecuadorian constitutional regime. The researcher proposed as methodology for the development of the research work the quantitative approach, through the exploration, collection and critical analysis by means of a documentary typology, supported by the bibliographic design that seeks reflection and analysis, building methods related to the judgment of the phenomenon and thus evaluate or discuss new arguments. In this regard, documentary sources were examined and analyzed at a theoretical level, theses, norms, laws and refereed works related to the central aspects of the work, the concept of family from the juridical pluralism in the Ecuadorian constitutional regime. After the analysis carried out, it is concluded that the concept of family from the juridical pluralism in the Ecuadorian constitutional regime, has evolved according to the new paradigms that have been implemented in Latin America and the rest of the world.
