    El objetivo de este artículo es analizar el conflicto jurídico que existe entre el derecho fundamental a expresar opiniones e ideas, y el derecho fundamental a que las creencias religiosas estén protegidas de las ofensas en el contexto social de Internet. Por medio del análisis de artículos científicos, legislación y sentencias judiciales, se determinarán las figuras típicas penales más relevantes, y a través de un estudio de derecho comparado europeo y norteamericano se extraerán las claves para una mejor delimitación de estos derechos.

    The objective of this article is to analyze the legal conflict that exists between the fundamental right to express opinions and ideas, and the fundamental right that religious beliefs are protected from offenses in the social context of the Internet. Through the analysis of scientific articles, legislation and judicial sentences, the most relevant typical criminal figures will be determined, and through a study of European and North American comparative law, the keys will be extracted for a better delimitation of these rights.
