    El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar el abuso de poder que ejercen las instituciones en contra de la libertad de expresión de los trabajadores en el contexto laboral y el tiempo que lleva en resolver este problema. La metodología es cualitativa, a través del análisis de contenido sobre las resoluciones de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos sobre Perú y Venezuela. Se concluye que las instituciones abusan del poder y vulneran la libertad de expresión, el derecho al trabajo en contra de las víctimas, quienes encuentran justicia después de un largo proceso judicial que dura más de quince años.

    This study aims to analyze the abuse of power exercised by institutions against the freedom of expression of workers in the labor context and the time it takes to resolve this problem. The methodology is qualitative, through content analysis of the rulings of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on Peru and Venezuela. It is concluded that institutions abuse their power and violate freedom of expression and the right to work against the victims, who find justice after a long judicial process that lasts more than fifteen years.
