    La dignidad humana, categoría normativa desarrollada por la Corte Constitucional colombiana, se ve desde el “constitucionalismo humanista”, por su funcionalidad para la configuración del derecho humano fundamental de acceso a Internet que traduce en un mínimo vital digital de la persona humana, enfatizando en la inclusión de los pobres y vulnerables afectados por la desigualdad digital. Un hiperderecho fundamental complejo que obliga al Estado a garantizar los derechos humanos de su núcleo esencial y formular políticas públicas para su efectiva satisfacción inherente a la realización del proyecto de vida valioso de la persona y su funcionamiento efectivo en la sociedad.

    Human dignity, a normative category developed by the Colombian Constitutional Court, is seen from "humanist constitutionalism", due to its functionality for the configuration of the fundamental human right of access to the Internet that translates into a digital vital minimum of the human person, emphasizing in the inclusion of the poor and vulnerable affected by digital inequality. A complex fundamental hyperright that obliges the State to guarantee the human rights of their essential core and formulate public policies for their effective satisfaction inherent in the realization of the valuable life project of the person and their effective functioning in society.
