Estilos de vida de estudiantes universitarios en confinamiento por COVID-19

    Esta investigación analizó el confinamiento por la covid-19 y los estilos de vida de los estudiantes de la Facultad de obstetricia de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán. Se trabajó con una muestra de 104 estudiantes y la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta online con instrumentos válidos y confiables. Resultados: El 96% de estudiantes manifestaron haber tenido un confinamiento total, el 85,6% de estudiantes han tenido estilos de vida saludables. Finalmente encontrando el p valor de 0,039 menor a 0,05 se afirma que el confinamiento por la covid-19 influye en los estilos de vida de los estudiantes.

    This research analyzed the confinement due to covid-19 and the lifestyles of the students of the Faculty of Obstetrics of the Hermilio Valdizán National Universi- ty. We worked with a sample of 104 students, the technique used was the online survey with valid and reliable instruments. Results: 96% of the students reported having had a total confinement, 85.6% of the students have had healthy lifestyles. Finally, finding the p value of 0.039 less than 0.05, it is affirmed that the confine- ment due to covid-19 influences the lifestyles of the students.
