Do professor ao ciberprofessor do ensino superior na EaD: algumas aproximações

    This study identifies who is the teacher when work in higher education in the modality of the distance education. The bloke of this analysis will be the teacher who that sufficiently challenges imposes differential in the nowaday context, which are: the diversity; the personalization of the teach-learning; the administration of the time-space; the metacognition; cyberculture. We leave of the discussion of some theoretical assumptions concerning the digital world as the cyberculture, the interface, the interactivity and transdisciplinarity. The used methodology involved a bibliographical research which discussed how the university teacher can reflect pertinent the theoretical the questions hiswork in higher education in the modality of the distance education as a based social possibility in the cyberculture. We present some thoughts with the purpose of collaborating with the improvement and qualification the modality of the distance education and interactions that result of the attraction of the university teacher in relation to its actual reality, transforming themselves in cyberteacher when works in the superior education in the distance mode

    Este estudo identifica quem é o professor do ensino superior quando inserido namodalidade da EAD. O sujeito desta análise será o professor que atua em um contexto de docência que impõe desafios bastante diferenciados do contexto atual, quais sejam: adiversidade; a personalização do ensino-aprendizagem; a administração do tempo e do espaço; a metacognição; a cibercultura. Partimos da reflexão de alguns pressupostos teóricos referentes ao mundo digital, como cibercultura, interface, interatividade e transdisciplinaridade. A metodologia utilizada envolveu uma pesquisa bibliográfica na qual se discuti como o professor universitário pode refletir as questões teóricas pertinentes a docência em EAD como uma possibilidade social baseada na cibercultura. Apresentamos algumas reflexões com o objetivo de colaborar com o aperfeiçoamento e qualificação da EAD e das interações que resultam da atração desse professor em relação à sua realidade atual, transformando-se no ciberprofessor quando inserido na modalidade da EAD.
