    El Municipio Limonar posee una serie de recursos históricos- culturales que pueden ser aprovechados para el desarrollo del turismo. Por ello el objetivo general de la investigación radica en diseñar un proyecto para la puesta en valor de los recursos históricos-culturales de Limonar, en función del turismo. Se elaboró una metodología propia, en base a las herramientas estudiadas para la identificación y planificación de proyectos. Se asume una metodología de investigación cualitativa, con un enfoque dialéctico materialista. Los métodos teóricos utilizados en la investigación fueron el Análisis y Síntesis y el de Inducción – Deducción, para establecer la relación entre las partes y el todo, entre lo singular y lo general, siguiendo el camino lógico del conocimiento, a través de la ascensión de lo abstracto a lo concreto. Las técnicas empleadas son la observación no participante y el análisis de documentos. Como resultado de la investigación, se obtuvo un proyecto rentable desde el punto de vista económico, que contribuye a enaltecer los valores culturales del municipio de Limonar.

    The municipality of Limonar has a series of historical-cultural resources that can be used for the development of tourism. Therefore, the general objective of the research is to design a project for the enhancement of the historical-cultural resources of Limonar, as a function of tourism. A methodology was developed based on the tools studied for the identification and planning of projects. A qualitative research methodology was used, with a dialectical-materialistic approach. The theoretical methods used in the research were Analysis and Synthesis and Induction - Deduction, to establish the relationship between the parts and the whole, between the singular and the general, following the logical path of knowledge, through the ascent from the abstract to the concrete. The techniques used were non-participant observation and document analysis. As a result of the research, a profitable project was obtained from the economic point of view, which contributes to enhance the cultural values of the municipality of Limonar
