Modelo político-ideológico para el desarrollo del trabajo comunitario integrado en el Consejo Popular Cuba Libre

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo fundamentar la necesidad de la labor política ideológica desde la perspectiva del trabajo comunitario integrado en el Consejo Popular Cuba Libre como escenario esencial para la transformación y desarrollo de la sociedad cubana actual. Se materializa en el Consejo Popular “Cuba Libre” del municipio Pinar del Río en aras de fortalecer la labor política ideológica de los miembros de esta comunidad y en este sentido contribuir al logro del desarrollo comunitario. Se realizó un diagnóstico utilizándose técnicas de observación, entrevistas grupales, encuesta estructurada con el objetivo de buscar información y criterios por parte de la comunidad. A partir de los resultados se identificó que a nivel del consejo popular los diagnósticos comunitarios carecen de la calidad requerida, falta de integración entre las organizaciones de la comunidad, existe insuficiente preparación comunitaria para enfrentar sus problemáticas. Se demuestra que se requiere transformar el accionar de las organizaciones comunitarias, fortalecer la influencia ideológica en el enfrentamiento a los planes subversivos, lo que justifica la necesidad de la labor político-ideológica para el fortalecimiento del trabajo comunitario integrado. Se decide diseñar un modelo de intervención político-ideológica para el Trabajo Comunitario Integrado en el Consejo Popular “Cuba Libre”, con el objetivo de contribuir a la preparación político-ideológica, fortalecer la comunidad para el logro de mejores resultados en el desarrollo económico y social , el compromiso y la voluntad de todos los actores en la transformación comunitaria.

    The present investigation aims at founding the need of the political ideological work from the perspective of the community service integrated in the Popular Advice Free Cuba like essential stage for the transformation and development of the society. Pinar del Rio for the sake of strengthening the political ideological work of the members of this community materializes in the Popular Advice Free Cuba of the municipality itself and in this sense contributing to the achievement of the communal development. A diagnosis being used came true technical of observation, group interviews, opinion poll structured for the sake of seeking information and criteria on behalf of the community. From the results he provides evidenced of his identity than level of the popular advice the communal diagnoses lack of the required quality, lack of integration between the organizations of the community, it is insufficient communal preparation to confront its problems. It is shown that it is necessary to transform the actions of community organizations, strengthening the ideological influence in the confrontation to the subversive plans, what justifies the need of work the communal transformation. It is decided to design a model of political-ideological intervention for community work integrated into the popular council of Cuba Libre with the aim of contributing to political-ideological preparation, strengthening the community to achieve better results in economic and social development, commitment and the will of all the actors in the community transformation.
