Rendimiento y calidad de frutos de ateje cultivado en agroecosistemas para la alimentación animal

    Los frutos de ateje (Cordia collococca), podrían constituir una alternativa como suplemento alimenticio para animales, emprender proyectos productivos como frutal poco conocido, motivaran su demanda en el mercado local. Evaluar el comportamiento del rendimiento y la calidad de las frutas, en dos agroecosistemas del municipio de Pinar del Río para establecer su eficiencia agronómica es el objetivo de esta investigación. Se utilizaron diferentes metodologías y métodos; el muestreo probabilístico permitió recolectar la información de la muestra seleccionada de forma aleatoria para determinar la calidad de los frutos. Hay diferencias significativas(p>0,05) en cuanto al número de frutos recolectados/árbol en función del AF con alta variabilidad entre los árboles experimentales. La prueba t de Student se utilizó para determinar sihay una diferencia significativa entre la s medias de los grupos evaluados. El comportamiento entr e el rendimiento (kg/árbol) y el número de frutos recolectados en función del IAF, no se hallaron diferencias significativas (p>0,05), el rendimiento medio osciló entre (21,3 y 37,6) kg / árbol. El fruto de ateje presenta baja densidad y el porcentaje de azúcar oscila entre 11,13 ± 1,15 y un máximo 12,53 ± 4,85. La producción de frutos de ateje estimada permite una planificación para actores públicos y privados que permita utilizar el fruto de ateje para la seguridad alimentaria animal y la sustentabilidad ambiental de los agroecosistemas.

    The fruits of ateje (Cordia collococca), could constitute an alternative as a nutritional supplement for animals, undertake productive projects such as little-known fruit tree, motivate their demand in the local market. The objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of the yield and the quality of the fruits, in two agroecosystems of the municipality of Pinar del Río to establish their agronomic efficiency. Different methodologies and methods were used; Probability sampling allowed to collect the information from the randomly selected sample to determine the quality of the fruits. There are significant differences (p> 0.05) in terms of the number of fruits collected / tree depending on the FA with high variability between the experimental trees. Student's t test was used to determine if there is a significant difference between the means of the groups evaluated. The behavior between the yield (kg / tree) and the number of fruits collected according to the IAF, no significant differences were found (p> 0.05), the average yield ranged between (21.3 and 37.6) kg / tree. The ateje fruit has low density and the percentage of sugar ranges between 11.13 ± 1.15 and a maximum of 12.53 ± 4.85. The estimated cardiac fruit production allows planning for public and private actors that allows the use of cardiac fruit for animal food security and the environmental sustainability of agroecosystems.
