    En junio de 2022, el Parlamento Vasco aprobó la Ley 6/2022 del Procedimiento de elaboración de las disposiciones de carácter general de Euskadi.La nueva Ley implica un impulso de la calidad normativa en la Comunidad Autónoma Vasca. Este artículo analiza los aspectos más significativos del texto normativo, sacando a relucir sus aspectos más determinantes y con ello, contribuir a su difusión y conocimiento entre la doctrina. Asimismo, el artículo tiene comoobjetivo más específico, confrontar la nueva ley vasca desde la perspectiva de los principios de la better regulation ¿buena regulación¿ de la Comisión Europea,institución referente en lo que se refiere a la calidad de las leyes en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico.

    In June 2022, The Basque legislature passed Act 6/2022 on the Procedure for the Drafting of General Provisions in Euskadi. This new act implies a boost to the normative quality within the Basque Autonomous Community. This article analyzes the most significant features of this legal text, bringing its more decisive factors to light and accordingly contributing to its dissemination and knowledge by the doctrine. Likewise, this paper aims more specifically to compare this new act to the perspective of the principles of better regulation set by the European Commission, an institution that is a reference regarding the quality of laws within our legal order.

    2022ko ekainean, Eusko Legebiltzarrak Euskadiko xedapen orokorrak egiteko prozeduraren 6/2022 Legea onartu zuen. Lege berriak araudiaren kalitatea sustatu zuen Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoan. Artikulu honek arautestu horren alderdirik esanguratsuenak aztertzen ditu, bere punturik erabakigarrienak azpimarratuz, hartara hura doktrinaren artean hedatzen eta ezagutarazten laguntzeko. Era berean, artikuluak badu helburu zehatzago bat ere, hain zuzen ere EAEko lege berria Europar Batasunaren better regulation ¿erregulazio ona¿ printzipioen ikuspegitik aztertzea, kontuan hartuta erakunde hau erreferentea dela gure antolamendu juridikoan legeen kalitatea ezartzeko orduan.
