Resumen de Evaluar la necesidad de fomentar e informar sobre el servicio ¨visita domiciliaria al recién nacido y a la puérpera¨ en el primer mes del postparto, en el sector II de la ciudad de Zaragoza.

  En las CSAP autonómicas el servicio VDRNP es prestado por el centro de salud y llevado a cabo por las matronas, para dar continuidad, durante el puerperio, a la labor de educación sanitaria iniciada durante el embarazo.

  Implantando en cada comunidad autónoma según los recursos disponibles, conviene analizar, de acuerdo a la CSAP, como se lleva a cabo en el Sector II de Zaragoza ciudad, por quién y si no solo se ofrece en los casos de puérperas en situación de vulnerabilidad sanitaria, social, económica y/o geográfica.

  Se realizará un estudio cuantitativo transversal analítico de prevalencia en el HUMS y en los 19 CAP del Sector II de Zaragoza ciudad durante los años 2016 y 2017, aplicándose la estrategia PICO. El HUMS, hospital de referencia de maternidad, que asiste a puérperas de todos los niveles económicos y sociales, tratándose de una población diversa. Se ha llevado a cabo un muestreo telefónico a varios de los CAP de dicho sector, comprobando la falta de fomentación del servicio VDRNP, además de la poca información del mismo.

  In the autonomic CSAPs, the VDRNP service is given by the health center and executed by the midwives, to give continuity during the puerperium, to the labor of health education initiated during pregnancy.

  Being implemented in each autonomous community according to the available resources, we should study, according to the CSAP, how it develops in Sector II of the city of Zaragoza, by whom is it developed and if it’s only offered to the postpartum women cases in a vulnerable position, were it economic, social and/or geographical.

  A transversal analytic quantitative study to determine the prevalence will be developed in the HUMS and in the 19 CAP of Sector II of the city of Zaragoza during the 2016 and 2017 period, applying the PICO strategy. The HUMS, maternal hospital of reference, assists patients of all economic and social levels.

  A phone sampling was conducted in a number of CAP of said sector, checking the lack of encouragement of the VDRNP service along with the lack of information of such service.
