Sistema de costo basado en actividades en la unidad empresarial de base Jucarito, perteneciente a la empresa agropecuaria militar Granma

    La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Jucarito, perteneciente a la Empresa Agropecuaria Militar Granma. Para el logro de la misma se recopiló un conjunto de informaciones sobre los costos que se incurren en los distintos procesos desarrollados en la producción pecuaria, determinándose aquellas deficiencias que limitaban la obtención de información oportuna para la toma de decisiones. Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad que tiene la Unidad Empresarial de Base Jucarito de contar con un sistema de costo que le permita obtener niveles de información detallados sobre sus costos, se decidió desarrollar esta investigación con el objetivo de perfeccionar los mecanismos de gestión de costos en esta entidad. Este trabajo comienza con un diseño teórico de investigación que incluye el problema científico, el objetivo general, el objeto, el campo de acción, los objetivos específicos y la hipótesis. También se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual del sistema de costos empleado por la entidad, así como un análisis de los mecanismos y procedimientos utilizados para la determinación del costo, su registro y asignación al producto, lo que demostró la necesidad de nuevos métodos y técnicas para gestionar el costo con el propósito de obtener una información más detallada sobre los costos que se incurren en esta entidad. Luego se establecieron los pasos lógicos a seguir para el diseño de un Sistema de Costos Basado en Actividades que garantiza el correcto funcionamiento de la empresa a partir de la forma detallada que se asignan los costos indirectos de producción entre las actividades de apoyo y de estas para las actividades primarias. Por último se mostró la viabilidad práctica de este sistema de costos, luego de recopilar la información necesaria de la Unidad Empresarial de Base objeto de estudio.

    Present it investigation took effect in Base Jucarito's Entrepreneurial Unit, to the Empresa Agropecuaria Militar Granma. For the achievement of the same compiled him a set of reports on the costs that are incurred in the several processes developed in the livestock production, those deficiencies that were limiting the obtaining of opportune information for the overtaking. Taking into account the need that the Entrepreneurial Unit of Base Jucarito that you allow him to count with a system of cost has to obtain levels of information detailed on his costs, he decided to develop this investigation for the sake of making perfect the mechanisms of step of costs at this entity. This work begins with a theoretic designing of investigation that includes the scientific problem, the general objective, the object, the range of activity, the specific objectives and the hypothesis. Also a diagnosis of the present-day situation of the system of costs once the product was used by the entity, as well as an analysis of the mechanisms and procedures utilized for cost finding, his record and assignment came true, that demonstrated the need of new methods and techniques to try to obtain the cost in order to obtain a more information detailed on the costs that are incurred at this entity. Next the logical steps became established to follow for the design of Costos's System Based in Actividades that guarantees the correct functioning of the company as from detailed the way that the indirect costs of production between the backup activities of these and for the primary activities assign themselves. Finally, the practical viability of this system of costs, right after compiling the necessary information of the Entrepreneurial Unit of Host object of study was shown.
