Resumen de Análise da empregabilidade no setor bancário brasileiro

  The objective of this paper is to analyze the consequences that the innovations of the banking sector have in the work stations, in the hiring of employees who work in the banks and the need to position themselves in the new scenario that has been instantiated in the sector. The constant search for technology innovation by the banks facilitates the financial transactions of their clients and influence the operations and how the services are made, allowing that the same services offered since the beginning of the banking sector could be realized even faster, practical and safety, influencing in the activities provided by the banking employee. The descriptive research was used as the methodology, through booking research, articles and electronic addresses of some banks as a means of analyzing how the innovations present in the banking institutions in Brazil influence the services provided by the employees. Based on the present research, one can conclude that one of the consequences of the technological advance was the dismissal of employees and the requirement for higher qualification of bank employees, as well as the loss of some occupations in the sector.

  Esse trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as consequências que as inovações do setor bancário provocam nos postos de trabalhos, na contratação dos funcionários que atuam nos bancos e como estes devem se posicionar diante do novo cenário que vem se instaurando no setor. A constante busca de inovação tecnológica pelos bancos facilita as transações financeiras cotidianas de seus clientes e influenciam as operações e a forma de realização dos serviços, permitindo que os mesmos serviços oferecidos desde o princípio do setor bancário sejam realizados de forma cada vez mais rápida, prática e segura, interferindo nas atividades prestadas pelo colaborador bancário. Como metodologia utilizou-se a pesquisa descritiva, através da pesquisa em livros, artigos e endereços eletrônicos de alguns bancos como meio de analisar como as inovações presentes nas instituições bancárias no Brasil influenciam os serviços prestados pelos funcionários. Com base no presente trabalho de pesquisa, pode-se concluir que uma das consequências do avanço tecnológico foi a demissão de funcionários e a exigência por maior qualificação dos colaboradores bancários, bem como a perda de algumas ocupações no setor.
