    It is a text that seeks to analyze the Brazilian Integralist Action in the political scenario of the state of Espírito Santo. Integralism was a fascist movement with important political action in the Brazilian political scene. The party was founded in 1932 by Plínio Salgado, and extinguished in 1937 with the establishment of the Estado Novo, whose new constitution extinguished all political parties. We describe the organizational structure created to enable the party’s work in Espírito Santo, as well as point out the main leaders of the movement in the state context. We also expose the main characteristics of the Integralist movement, and seek to clarify the motivations that led several individuals to join this political party. We discussed the relationship of the green shirts with the state government and their conflicts with their political opponents.

    Trata-se de um texto que busca analisar a Ação Integralista Brasileira no cenário político do estado do Espírito Santo. O Integralismo foi um movimento fascista com importante atuação política no cenário político brasileiro. O partido foi fundado em 1932, por Plínio Salgado e extinto em 1937 com a implantação do Estado Novo, cuja nova constituição extinguiu todos os partidos políticos. Descrevemos a estrutura organizacional criada para possibilitar o trabalho do partido no Espírito Santo, bem como apontamos os principais líderes do movimento no contexto estadual. Também expomos as principais características do movimento Integralista e buscamos esclarecer as motivações que levaram diversos indivíduos a se filiarem a esse partido político. Discutimos a relação dos camisas-verdes com o governo estadual e os conflitos dos mesmo com seus adversários políticos.
