  This article is the result of a joint work that brings together two complementary researches. The first is focused on changing parameters in the Judeo-Christian polemics from the second millennium of the Common Era, when the focus is shifted from the shared Scriptures between the two religions - namely the Hebrew Bible - to the Christian attempt to enter into rabbinic literature and the Talmud, initially condemning it, but soon using it as evidence of the true religious interpretation, namely the Christian one. The second research penetrates the terrain of two paradigmatic debates, the Paris debate (1240), in which the Talmud is attacked, and the Barcelona debate (1263), where efforts are made to prove that the Jewish oral law admits, between the lines, the truth about Christ, serving as proof for the messiahship of Jesus and the victory of Christianity.

  Este artigo é resultado de um trabalho em conjunto que agrega duas pesquisas complementares. A primeira centra-se na mudança nos parâmetros da polêmica cristã-judaica a partir do segundo milênio da Era Comum, em que altera-se o foco das Escrituras partilhadas entre as duas religiões - ou seja, a Bíblia hebraica - para a tentativa cristã de ingressar na literatura rabínica e no Talmude, inicialmente condenando-o, mas logo usando-o como evidência da verdadeira interpretação religiosa, a saber, a cristã. A segunda pesquisa penetra no terreno de dois debates que são paradigmáticos: o debate de Paris (1240), em que se ataca o Talmude, e o debate de Barcelona (1263), em que se concentram esforços para provar que a lei oral judaica admite, em suas entrelinhas, a verdade sobre Cristo, servindo de comprovação para a messianidade de Jesus e a vitória do Cristianismo.
