O pós-11 de setembro nas cores da Marvel: análise das minisséries Guerra Secreta (2004), Guerra Civil (2005-2006) e Invasão Secreta (2007)

    Na manhã de 11 de setembro de 2001, o mundo inteiro assistiu perplexo a uma de suas maiores potências, os Estados Unidos, ser atacada em seu território. O presente trabalho buscou trazer uma percepção, sobre o olhar das histórias em quadrinhos lançados pela editora Marvel, quanto aos desdobramentos desses atentados. Foram analisadas as minisséries Guerra Secreta de 2004, Guerra Civil que foi lançada entre os anos de 2005 e 2006, e Invasão Secreta lançada em 2007. A análise buscou estabelecer relações entre os enredos dos quadrinhos e as ações promovidas pelo governo Bush pós – 11 de setembro. Posteriormente, foram analisados os eventos presentes nas publicações, estabelecendo correlações entre elas, e os acontecimentos históricos, contribuindo assim, com a forma como a política norte-americana passou a ser compreendida.

    On the morning of September 11, 2001, the whole world was perplexed by one of its greatest powers, the United States, being attacked on its territory. The present work sought to bring a perception, on the look of the comic books launched by the Marvel publishing house, regarding the unfolding of these attacks. The mini-series Secret War of 2004, Civil War that was launched between the years of 2005 and 2006, and Secret Invasion launched in 2007 were analyzed. The analysis tried to establish relations between the entanglements of the comics and the actions promoted by the Bush administration post-11 of September. Subsequently, the events present in the publications were analyzed, establishing correlations between them, and the historical events, thus contributing, with the way in which the North American policy came to be understood.
