    Muy al comienzo de la ‘Historia de la belleza’ nos advierte Eco que la belleza es cambiante a lo largo del tiempo. Y aquí nos encontramos, en un contexto difícil de guerras cercanas, y pandemias recientes; una economía frágil y, ante todo, una emergencia climática que sospecho le va a costar irse, si es que alguna vez se irá. Muchos paradigmas están cambiando y muchas percepciones sobre el mundo que nos rodea, y también sobre la arquitectura, se están reconsiderando.

    Very early on in the 'History of Beauty' Eco warns us that beauty is changeable over time. And here we find ourselves, in a difficult context of near wars, and recent pandemics; a fragile economy and, above all, a climate emergency that I suspect will be hard to leave, if ever. Many paradigms are shifting and many perceptions about the world around us, and also about architecture, are being reconsidered.
