La inspección educativa actual en las comunidades autóomas

    La inspección educativa tiene su punto de partida en el artículo 27.8 de la Constitución española y en la Ley de educación, actualmente la LOE, modificada por la LOMLOE. Sin embargo, cada una de las comunidades autónomas cuenta con legislación específica para regular la función inspectora en su respectivo ámbito territorial. En los elementos normativos que regulan la organización y el funcionamiento de la inspección educativa en las comunidades autónomas se pueden encontrar variaciones de cierta importancia, las cuales son útiles para comprender las diferencias en la forma en que las labores de inspección educativa se realizan. Por esta razón, se ha confeccionado esta revisión de la legislación autonómica en lo referente a la inspección educativa. Los aspectos que se han evaluado comprenden algunos de los más interesantes de entre los que orbitan sobre las labores de la inspección educativa, desde las propias funciones y atribuciones de los inspectores educativos hasta aspectos de la estructura organizativa de la Inspección en cada una de las comunidades autónomas. El objetivo final de esta revisión es presentar un panorama general de la inspección educativa en España para, de este modo, poder realizar una comparación de los aspectos mencionados, relacionados con la organización y el funcionamiento de la Inspección.

    Este texto se ha basado en una investigación previa del marco teórico realizada en el marco de la tesis inédita de título Análisis de la profesión de inspector de educación y el modelo de inspección, leída en la Universidad de La Laguna en el año 2022

    The educational inspection has its starting point in article 27.8 of the Spanish Constitution and in the Education Law, currently the LOE, modified by the LOMLOE. However, each of the autonomous communities has specific legislation to regulate the inspection function in their respective territorial area. In the normative elements that regulate the organization and operation of the educational inspection in the autonomous communities, variations of some importance can be found, which are useful to understand the differences in the way in which the tasks of educational inspection are carried out. For this reason, this review of the regional legislation regarding educational inspection has been prepared. The aspects that have been evaluated include some of the most interesting among those that orbit the work of the educational inspectorate, from the very functions and attributions of the educational inspectors to aspects of the organizational structure of the Inspection in each of the autonomous communities. The final objective of this review is to present a general overview of the educational inspectionin Spain tobe able to make a comparison of the aforementioned aspects, related to the organization and operation of the Inspectorate This text has been based on a previous investigation of the theoretical framework carried out within the framework of the unpublished thesis entitled Analysis of the profession of education inspector and the inspection model, read at the University of La Laguna in 2022
