Resumen de Motivación en la superación personal y profesional en estudiantes universitarios

  Al pensar en motivación en estudiantes universitarios es difícil comprender en un principio que parte de esta va ligada o relacionada con el aprendizaje. Pues bien, este articulo ofrece al lector varios puntos de vista científicos para adaptarlos a la cultura de nuestro entorno y poder así tratar de entender que motiva al estudiante a superarse y seguir adelante en su vida personal y profesional, y qué papel juega el maestro en este proceso. El estudio se basa en revisión bibliográfica en la que se ponga de manifiesto qué puede aportar en la vida universitaria el docente y cuál es la motivación intrínseca del estudiante antes de que el maestro entre en escena en este tema. Se pretende plantear la hipótesis de que el estudiante necesita recibir como asignatura este tema pues en relación a nuestro entorno el alumno no llega con la suficiente motivación para aplicarla en su estudio y vida profesional. Al final se pretende mostrar varios motivos encontrados para buscar superación y por qué la falta de esta también se presenta en los estudiantes. Así mismo se enuncia que es necesario hacer un estudio científico más profundo sobre el tema y aplicarlo en la Universidad Técnica de Machala para poder medirlo y analizarlo de una forma más completa y poder ofrecer soluciones a posibles falencias de motivación y aprendizaje encontradas.

  In thinking about motivation in university students, it is difficult to understand at first that part of will linked or related to learning. As well, this article offers the reader several scientific points of view to adapt them to the culture of our environment so we can try to understand what motivates students to overcome and move forward in their personal and professional live, and what is the role of the teacher in this process. The study is based on literature review that gets shown what can bring the teacher in University life and what is the intrinsic motivation of the student until the master enters scene on this issue. It is intended to raise the hypothesis that the student needs to receive this item as a subject because in relation to our environment the student does not come with enough motivation to apply it in their study and career. At the end, it is to show several motifs found to seek improvement and why lack of this also occurs in students. It also stated that it is necessary to make a deeper scientific study on the subject and apply at the Technical University of Machala to measure and analyze a more complete way and offer solutions to possible shortcomings of motivation and learning found.
