    Analizamos el diseño institucional del Banco Central de Chile en el borrador de nueva Constitución rechazado por el pueblo de Chile el 4 de septiembre de 2022. Para ello, proponemos una perspectiva jurídica además de una consideración respecto del buen desempeño del banco durante los últimos treinta años y el conocimiento científicamente afianzado en política monetaria, tratando de imaginar qué habría sucedido en caso de haberse aprobado el borrador de nueva Constitución

    We analize the organization of the Central Bank of Chile in the draft of the new Constitution rejected by the people of Chile on September 4, 2022. But this analysis is not only legal, but also considers the good performance of the Bank in the last thirty years and scientific knowledge entrenched about monetary policy, to imagine what would have happened if the draft of the new Constitution had been approved
