One of the most rapidly expanding renewable energy sources in the world is wind-wave energy. The field of renewable energy has seen a lot of study, development, and investment in recent years. Because they pose so many design and conceptualization difficulties, offshore constructions are unique in the engineering world. For an offshore site, developing a hybrid wind turbine model combined with a wave energy converter requires a significant amount of expertise and resources. In a chaotic environment, undesirable motions are prevalent. A comprehensive and standard framework is therefore needed to mitigate this impact. In this regard, the method of creating, testing, and verifying offshore structures has been covered in this study. Numerous software programs have been employed to validate geometric designs. Offshore geometrical data has been produced using MultiSurf. WAMIT is capable of calculating gravitational restoring coefficients and added mass. After that, servo-hydro-aero-elastic characteristics are simulated using FAST software. Several moonpool configurations have been tested on the barge platform to analyze platform oscillations. As a result, fewer oscillations are obtained by all open moonpool configurations than by others. The results have been verified in MATLAB/Simulink environment.
