Resumen de La integració del paradigma de la diversitat a les institucionsescèniques de Catalunya
This paper focuses on the mainstreaming of diversity as a principle in the forms of organisation and regular work of performing arts institutions in Catalonia. Drawing on a number of European references in this field, the text provides some reflections onthe challenges associated with addressing diversity in the corporate mission, human resources, programming, audiences and outreach strategies within the cultural sector in Catalonia, as well as the potential of public cultural policies to foster change in thisrespect. The paper aims to foster further discussion, rather than providing final answers.
