La automatización laboral: una perspectiva fenomenológica e histórica

    La técnica, la ciencia y la tecnología, a lo largo de la historia de la humanidad, han desempeñado un papel fundamental, no sólo por los beneficios que su desarrollo ha traído consigo, sea porque los individuos pueden verlos por sí solos, o porque la externalidad de la que hacen parte ha forzado que así lo vean, sino también por la afectación que causan, de forma directa e indirecta; o simplemente porque ni siquiera se puede acceder a dichos avances, porque no son para todos. La automatización de la mano de obra operativa es uno de estos avances científico-tecnológicos que han llevado la esencia de la técnica a un nuevo nivel, tecnificando la vida, las interacciones sociales y las funciones desempeñadas por los humanos. Con el fin de prescindir de lo humano, donde todo y todos son reemplazables, donde no se concibe el cuidado del otro y de lo otro; donde se promueve el consumo, el aumento de la productividad y la consecución de riquezas para unos pocos. Y, por consiguiente, el aumento de la pobreza, la ampliación de la brecha y el analfabetismo tecnológico, entre otros efectos deletéreos. Este escrito hace un análisis de la automatización del empleo, los factores externos que han influido en el avance tecnológico y la parte que pocos reconocen o resaltan de la automatización, el desplazamiento del ser humano a manos de la tecnología, de sus consecuencias ya evidentes y de las posibles venideras

    Technique, science and technology, throughout the history of humanity, have played a fundamental role, not only because of the benefits that their development has brought with it, either because individuals can see them for themselves, or because the externality of which they are a part has forced them to see it that way, but also because of the effects they cause, directly and indirectly; or simply because such advances cannot even be accessed, because they are not for everyone. The automation of the operational workforce is one of these scientific-technological advances that have taken the essence of technology to a new level, technifying life, social interactions and the functions performed by humans. In order to dispense with the human, where everything and everyone is replaceable, where the care of the other and of the other is not conceived; where consumption, increased productivity and the attainment of wealth for a few are promoted. And, consequently, the increase in poverty, the widening of the gap and technological illiteracy, among other deleterious effects. This writing makes an analysis of the automation of employment, the external factors that have influenced technological progress and the part that few recognize or highlight of automation, the displacement of the human being at the hands of technology, its already evident consequences and of the possible future.
