    En el present article, oferim, entre refranys i cançons populars, un corpus de 43 dictats tòpics peninsulars amb implicació dialectal, que dividirem en dos grups: els negatius (quan es critica alguna peculiaritat lingüística d’una regió veïna) i els positius (quan un indret s’enorgulleix d’algun tret distintiu de la seva parla). Dins dels dictats tòpics negatius, distingirem si l’escarni es produeix en el marc d’una mateixa llengua o bé en el de dues llengües diferents.

    In this article, we study a corpus of 43 topical sayings, comprising proverbs and popular ditties, which deal with linguistic particularities of the neighbouring villages or regions in the Iberian Peninsula. They will be divided into two groups: the negative ones (where a linguistic peculiarity of a neighbouring region is criticized or mocked) and the positive ones (where a saying speaks proudly of some distinctive feature of its own dialect). Within the negative topical sayings, we will distinguish between those who mock a dialectal particularity within the same language and those who mock the particularities of another language.
