El Código de Ética de Biolex Revista Jurídica del Departamento de Derecho se finca en los valores instituidos por la legislación que rige a la Universidad de Sonora,1donde se distinguen por su preponderancia, valores como la honestidad, el respeto y tolerancia, responsabilidad social, ética, responsabilidad, solidaridad, justicia, autonomía, equidad, compromiso con la naturaleza, libertad de cátedra e investigación, que enmarcan el quehacer y la responsabilidad académica y científica de los colaboradores de Biolex. También se adhiere a las Convenciones Nacionales e Internacionales en materia de Derechos de Autor suscritas por la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual,2 a la que pertenece México.

Ethics’s Code of Biolex Revista Jurídica of the Law Department is based on the values established by the legislation that governs the University of Sonora, where they are distinguished by their preponderance, values such as honesty, respect and tolerance, social responsibility, ethics, responsibility, solidarity, justice, autonomy, equity, commitment to nature, academic freedom and research, which frame the work and the academic and scientific responsibility of Biolex collaborators. It also adheres to the National and International Conventions on Copyright signed by the World Intellectual Property Organization, to which Mexico belongs.
