    ¿Cuál es la relación del ser humano con las demás especies y el entorno natural? ¿Es posible domesticar y reificar la periferia animal por medio de la ciencia? ¿Cuáles son las consecuencias de la mutación? ¿Qué figuras permiten identificar las posiciones de rebeldía de los animales y otras formas de vida frente a la prepotencia antropocéntrica? ¿Cómo se representa la subjetivación de los seres híbridos? ¿En qué medida los conceptos de paria y tránsfuga sirven para representar la exclusión y, al mismo tiempo, proyectar un nuevo futuro? ¿Es posible una alianza multiespecie? Emma Ríos y Hwei Lim son coautoras de Mirror (Image, 2016-2019), una compleja y elaborada novela gráfica de sci-fantasy que ofrece una crítica al humanismo, el control de los saberes, la experimentación animal, la travesía interplanetaria y a la intervención del Antropoceno en el planeta. A partir de las figuras de exclusión de la teoría política (Hannah Arendt, Eleni Varikas, Martine Leibovici) y de los estudios de género y sexualidad sobre la subjectividad relacional, la alianza multiespecies y el entorno natural (Donna Haraway, Marta Segarra, Preciado), el cómic ofrece una crítica al especismo y a la acción de la humanidad en los planetas, al tiempo que encuentra en el paria consciente y el tránsfuga una oportunidad para generar alianzas en la periferia del poder y crear un mundo habitable.

    What is the relationship of human beings with other species and the natural environment? Is it possible to  domesticate and reify the animal periphery through science? What are the consequences of mutation? What  figures allow us to identify the rebellious positions of animals and other forms of life in the face of  anthropocentric arrogance? How is the subjectification of hybrid beings represented? Do the concepts of pariah and defector serve to represent exclusion and, at the same time, project a new future? Is a multi-species alliance possible? Emma Ríos and Hwei Lim are co-authors of Mirror (Image, 2016-2019), a complex and elaborate sci-fantasy graphic novel that offers a critique of humanism, the control of knowledge, animal experimentation, interplanetary travel and the intervention of the Anthropocene on the planet. Drawing on the exclusionary figures of political theory (Hannah Arendt, Eleni Varikas, Martine Leibovici) and gender and sexuality studies on relational subjectivity, the multispecies alliance and the natural environment (Donna Haraway, Marta Segarra, Preciado), the comic offers a critique of speciesism and humanity's action on the planets, while finding in the conscious pariah and the defector an opportunity to generate alliances on the periphery of power and create a habitable world.allow us to identify the rebellious positions of animals and other forms of life in the face of anthropocentric arrogance?
