Discursos sobre la educación de migrantes venezolanos en el Perú: entre la inclusión y la exclusión a estudiar

    Los migrantes venezolanos en el Perú son víctimas de procesos xenófobos y racistas debido al debate entre su inclusión y exclusión en los sectores del país. En este sentido, el objetivo del presente artículo es analizar la construcción de inclusión y exclusión del sistema educativo peruano hacia el estudiante migrante venezolano a través de la identificación de repertorios interpretativos y estrategias lingüísticas y discursivas. Para ello, metodológicamente, se recurre a los textos periodísticos, discursos escritos, que produjeron los diarios digitales en el Perú para reportar la concepción educativa del migrante venezolano. Los resultados evidencian los siguientes repertorios interpretativos: (1) un sistema educativo peruano inclusivo; (2) un sistema educativo integrador; y (3) un sistema educativo excluyente. Las conclusiones indican que el sistema educativo peruano no es inclusivo con los migrantes venezolanos y que los discursos de inclusión se encuentran mayormente a nivel de propuesta que de acciones o prácticas.

    Venezuelan migrants in Peru are victims of xenophobic and racist processes due to the debate between their inclusion and exclusion in the sectors of the country. In this sense, the objective of this article is to analyze the construction of inclusion and exclusion of the Peruvian educational system towards the Venezuelan migrant student through the identification of interpretative repertoires and linguistic and discursive strategies. In order to achieve this aim, methodologically, we resort to journalistic texts and written discourses, produced by digital newspapers in Peru to report the educational conception of the Venezuelan migrant. The results show the following interpretative repertoires: (1) an inclusive Peruvian educational system; (2) an integrating educational system; and (3) an excluding educational system. The conclusions indicate that the Peruvian educational system is not inclusive of Venezuelan migrants and that the discourse of inclusion is mostly at the level of proposals rather than actions or practices.
