  • Resumen
    • The author argues that the co-habitation of an established Church and non-established ones is bound to generate unfair discrimination and abridges religipus tolerance which is a European achievement and an indispensable part of Western political and constitutional culture. In defiance of the strong traditions that survive in certain European countries, the institution of the established Church should wither away.
