    “Toda persona tiene derecho a la alimentación nutritiva, suficiente y de calidad. El Estado lo garantizará.” Este texto consagrado en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos tiene particularidades que hacen utópico su cumplimiento ya que debe tomarse en cuenta que, en la actualidad, existen casi 47 millones de personas que no pueden alimentarse diariamente. Debe reconocerse que mientras no se tutele de manera correcta este derecho humano a través de las garantías jurídicas correctas, no solamente por medio de políticas públicas ineficaces, esta situación no será eliminada sino solamente serán promesas que agravan la situación del hambre en México.

    “Everyone person has the right to adequate nutritious and sufficient quality food. The State will guarantee it.” This text consecrated in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, has peculiarities that make its accomplishment utopian; Since it must be taken into account that there are currently almost 47 million people who do not have food on a daily, it must be recognized that as long as this Human Right is not properly protected through the correct legal guarantees, and not only ineffective public policies, this situation of hunger not be eliminated, but are only promises that aggravate the situation of hunger in Mexico.
