Resumen de Software de gestión de información: una propuesta para contrarrestar una de las causas del problema de congestión judicial en Colombia

  Esta investigación pretende ofrecer una alternativa de solución a las necesidades de descongestión del sistema judicial colombiano, tomando como caso de referencia el Juzgado 01 Civil Circuito de Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca. Se recurre al uso de herramientas tecnológicas de gestión de información (software web) como una opción eficiente para disminuir los tiempos de atención a los usuarios, optimizando las gestiones del personal del juzgado en la organización de los expedientes judiciales frente al alto flujo documental que se presenta, así como el suministro de información requerido para el Sistema Estadístico de la Rama Judicial. La investigación es de tipo evaluativa, utilizando el método deductivo pre-experimental de caso único, mediante entrevistas estructuradas y observación de campo. Los resultados permiten aceptar la Hipótesis Nula (H0) y, a su vez, se identifica que en todos los despachos judiciales de Colombia se utiliza mucho el software generado como aplicación web y cuyo dominio es www.radicapp.com.

  The research offers an alternative solution to the needs of decongestion of the Colombian judicial system, taking as a particular case of reference the Civil Circuit Court 01 of Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca. For this purpose, the use of technological tools of information management (web software) is used as an efficient option to reduce the time of attention to users; optimizing the efforts made by the court staff in activities of organization of court records in the face of the high flow of documents presented, as well as the supply of information required for the Statistical System of the Judicial Branch. The research is of an evaluative type, using the pre-experimental deductive method of a single case through the use of structured interviews and field observation. The results obtained allow accepting the Null Hypothesis (H0) and at the same time, a high potential of use is identified in all the judicial offices of Colombia of the software generated as a web application and whose domain is www.radicapp.com.
