Resumen de Aprendiendo de la ignorancia: la agnotología como nuevo enfoque en filosofía de la ciencia
Recent agnotological studies in the history of science have uncovered the mechanisms of ignorance construction that pervade science today. In the paper, I present agnotology as an innovative perspective that can contribute in important ways to a better understanding of scientific knowledge in philosophy of science, particularly in social epistemology of science. After examining the agnotological case of the tobacco strategy, I conclude that agnotology can help identifying the epistemological flaws and normative gaps of current scientific practice, showing the importance of a philosophical approach in science studies.
