Resumen de Una mirada sobre las migraciones climáticas en personas: cambios que obligan a huir

  Este escrito se realizó para dar una perspectiva sobre una de las principales causas de las migraciones en la actualidad. A lo largo de la historia, en las diferentes poblaciones humanas sucedieron por diferentes motivos, en la última década hubo un incremento exponencial en los desplazamientos por problemas ambientales, puntualmente por el cambio climático, forzando a los individuos a buscar alternativas donde vivir al ver afectado su lugar de residencia, ya sea de forma directa o indirecta. Siendo una de las razones del impacto migratorio, el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías y falta de accionar en las políticas ambientales.

  En esta gran problemática las posibles soluciones para resaltar son las correcciones sobre los manejos de los recursos para que las poblaciones vuelvan a su lugar de origen o bien, crear herramientas para que los migrantes sean bien recibidos en los puntos de destino. Se utilizan distintos estudios como antecedente para el análisis de nuevas alternativas, además, de entender históricamente donde y como surge esta problemática.

  This paper was written to give a perspective on one of the main causes of migration today. Throughout history, different human populations have migrated for different reasons. In the last decade there has been an exponential increase in displacements due to environmental problems, especially climate change, forcing individuals to look for alternative places to live when their place of residence is affected, either directly or indirectly. One of the reasons for the migratory impact is the development of new technologies and the lack of action in environmental policies.

  In this great problem, the possible solutions to highlight are the corrections on the management of the resources so that the populations return to their place of origin or to create tools so that the migrants are well received in the points of destination. Different papers created for the analysis of new alternatives are used, as well as to understand historically where and how this problem arises.
