Simbiosis y agresión: imposibilidad de significar el mundo interno en una niña sorda

    La presente investigación analizó el vínculo simbiótico que estableció una niña sorda con su madre oyente, debido a la carencia de un método óptimo para comunicarse, lo que ocasionó una incapacidad para significar su mundo interno provocando una tardía separación y generando conductas agresivas durante el desarrollo de la niña. Margaret Mahler señala que para que un niño logre un adecuado nivel de desarrollo deberá pasar por una fase de autismo y simbiosis normal para posteriormente transitar por las subfases del proceso de individuación y separación, lo cual en la paciente no sucedió de manera adecuada, generando sus consecuentes efectos. Por su parte Melanie Klein explica cómo se construye el mundo interno y la agresión, por lo anterior se toman los postulados de estas dos autoras, fundamentales para entender el caso. Además de lo anterior se aborda la discapacidad para exponer la imposibilidad de la paciente para significar su mundo interno y comunicarlo de manera efectiva, hasta la adquisición de la lengua de señas mexicana (LSM). Respecto al método es el análisis a profundidad de este caso lo que da sustento a esta investigación, que se llevó a cabo bajo una metodología cualitativa basada en el análisis de caso, la información se obtuvo a lo largo de un año de tratamiento por medio de sesiones clínicas con la paciente, entrevistas a profundidad con la madre, juego, observación directa, dibujos y LSM

    The main objective of the research is: To analyze the bond that a deaf patient determines with her mother, and how the inability to communicate adequately limits the ability to signify her internal world, generating a delayed separa-tion and aggressive behavior. Mahler points out that for a child to reach an adequate level of development, he must go through the phases of autism, normal symbiosis, and finally separation and individuation, which did not happen in the patient. Kleinexplains how the internal world and aggression are built,for this reason, the postulates of these two authors are taken. In addition, hearing impairment is addressed to understand the impossibility of signifying the internal world effectively, until the acquisition of Mexican Sign Language (LSM). Regarding the method, it is the in-depth analysis that supports this research that was carried out under a qualitative methodology based on the analysis of cases, the information was obtained over a year of treat-ment through clinical sessions with the patient, interviews in depth with the mother, game, direct observation, draw-ings, and LSM. Based on the results obtained in the thera-peutic space, Ada will establish a new bond, a space in which her aggressiveness and anxiety have a place to ex-press themselves. This will facilitate the use of a structured communication code: using the Mexican sign language, she was able to express new content. and give meaning to others. With these newly acquired coping skills from the mother, she was now in a position to act out the distress and make sure it was understood which would end the ag-gressive behaviors and tantrums. With the ability to put her feelings into words (signs), she was able to vent her anger and calm down, also reducing aggression
