Estética, ética e filosofia política: considerações sobre a crise dos refugiados no cinema de Aki Kaurismäki e entre escritos de Hannah Arendt e Giorgio Agamben

    Intertwining aesthetics, ethics and political philosophy, this article proposes to raise some considerations about the problem of migratory flows that occurred in the post-Second World War, especially the refugee crisis, an issue that reaches us contemporaneously, grounding the problem by the writings of hannah Arendt (german philosopher of Jewish origin), giorgio Agamben (Italian philosopher), and through the approach converted into an aesthetic problem in the films of Finnish filmmaker Aki Kauris-mäki. Thus, drawing the links between the artificiality of human rights, aesthetics and politics, we seek to investigate the clouded nucleus that makes up the motto “right to have rights”: the condition of the stateless person, his (dis) belonging to a community, his physical and social vulnerability and the fading of affections in the collective space.

    Entrelaçando estética, ética e filosofia política, este artigo propõe levantar algumas considerações sobre o problema dos fluxos migratórios ocorridos em massa no pós Segunda-Guerra, em especial da crise dos refugiados, questão que nos chega a contemporaneidade, fundamentando o problema pelos escritos de Hannah Arendt (filósofa teuta de origem judaica), Giorgio Agamben (filósofo italiano), e através da abordagem convertida em problema estético nos filmes de Aki Kaurismäki (cineasta de origem finlandesa). Assim, traçando elos entre a artificialidade dos direitos humanos, a estética e a política, busca-se investigar o nublado núcleo que compõe o mote “direito a ter direitos”: a condição do apátrida, seu (des)pertencimento a uma comunidade, sua vulnerabilidade física, social e o desvanecimento dos afetos no espaço coletivo.
