    Los grupos parlamentarios EAJ-PNV, Plural, Socialista y VOX han presentado sus correspondientes enmiendas al Proyecto de Ley de medidas de Eficiencia Procesal del servicio público de Justicia con el propósito de reformar y mejorar la dicción actual del artículo 641 de la Ley 1/2000, de 7 de enero, de Enjuiciamiento Civil. El presente trabajo busca analizar y comentar las enmiendas para, con ello, abrir un diálogo más amplio y plural sobre el papel de la entidad especializada en la jurisdicción civil española.

    The EAJ-PNV, Plural, Socialist and Vox parliamentary groups of the Spanish lower house have submitted their corresponding amendments to the Bill on Procedural Efficiency Measures for the Public Justice Service with the aim of reforming and improving the current wording of article 641 of Law 1 /2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure. This article seeks to analyse and comment on the amendments in order to open a broader and more plural dialogue on the role of the specialised entity in Spanish civil jurisdiction.
