Este estudio fue realizado con el objetivo de examinar e identificar la presencia de indicadores específicos de abuso sexual infantil (ASI) a través de test gráficos de niños y niñas de entre 5 y 12 años de edad, en base a los hallazgos de los 7 indicadores de Boscato. Fueron evaluados los dibujos de 40 niños y niñas con ASI y 40 niños y niñas sin ASI como grupo control, de sectores vulnerables del Departamento Central y Asunción, provenientes de instituciones que otorgan asistencia a niños y niñas, debido al contexto de pandemia por Covid-19. Los resultados mostraron una diferencia significativa e importante de presencia para 6 de los 7 indicadores gráficos de ASI (excepto el indicador registro somático) en el grupo de casos en comparación al grupo control, correlacionándose con el diagnóstico de abuso sexual infantil.
This study was conducted to examine and identify the presence of specific indicators of child sexual abuse through graphic tests of boys and girls between 5 and 12 years of age, based on the findings of the 7 indicators of Boscato. The drawings of 40 boys and girls with child sexual abuse and 40 boys and girls without child sexual abuse as a control group were evaluated, from vulnerable sectors of the Central Department and Asunción, of institutions that assist to boys and girls, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results show a significant and important difference in the presence of 6 of the 7 graphic indicators of child sexual abuse (except the somatic record indicator) in the group of cases compared to the control group, correlating this with the diagnosis of child sexual abuse.
