Resumen de La dirección científica del proceso de universalización de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas en el municipio San Luís

  El presente trabajo tiene la intención de exponer el impacto logrado a partir de la implementación de una estrategia de dirección científica del Proceso de Universalización de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas en el municipio San Luís. Para su concepción e implementación en la práctica pedagógica se ha tomado en consideración las prioridades del Ministerio de Educación, las inherentes la universidad de ciencias pedagógicas ¨Frank País García¨ y las definidazas por las direcciones provinciales y municipales de Educación partir de las condiciones propias del territorio, con sus carencias y necesidades, las características del claustro de la Filial Pedagógica Municipal sobre la base de la composición de su matrícula y los resultados de las evaluaciones profesorales realizadas al finalizar cada curso escolar desde el 2005-2006, fecha en que se comienza el diseño e implementación de la estrategia; finalmente se ha basado en los principales problemas de carácter objetivo y subjetivo por los que ha atravesado el proceso de Universalización de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas en el territorio. En tal sentido, se describe la mencionada estrategia de dirección científica teniendo en cuenta la visión, misión objetivo general, así como también las acciones esenciales según las prioridades definidas a lo largo de estos cinco años. Tanto las acciones que aquí se exponen como los impactos de los resultados tangibles que se presentan son solo muestras sintetizadas de la ardua labor y de la obra que se ha construido en aras de alcanzar la calidad de la educación en el territorio, sin embargo lo más importante no está en todo lo que se ha hecho y no ha quedado escrito en este documento, sino las metas y tareas que aun quedan por ejecutar para que se consolide el papel de la filial pedagógica en el municipio San Luis.

  This scientific work is aimed at presenting the impacts of the results obtained with the implementation of a scientific direction strategy of the Process of Universalization of the University of Pedagogical Sciencies in the municipality of San Luis, in Santiago de Cuba Province. For its conception and applicationción in the pedagogical practice the staff of investigators have taken into consideration the priorities of the Ministery of Education, the ones belonguing to the University of Pedagogical Sciencies, ¨Frank País García¨ and those determined by the provincial and municipal directions of education, based on the conditions of the territory, its lacks and deficiencias, the characteristics of the teaching personnel of the Municipal Pedagógical University , the composition the students´ registration, the results of profesoral evaluations at the end of every courses from 2005-2006 on, date of the design and implementation of the strategy; finally, the already mention strategy has been based on the objective and subjective problems through which the Process of Universalization of the Pedagogical University has fased in the territory. In this respect, the target strategy is described considering its vision, mission, the general objective, as well as the esencial actions according to the priorities defigned every courses during all this five years. Both: the actions exposed here, and the impacts of the tangible results that are presented are just syntetical samples of the hard work and the revolutionary building that have been done with the purpose to achieve the quallity of education in the municipality; however, the most important things is not what have been done and could not be written here, but the tasks that will continue to be performed in order to fix and better the role of the Municipal Pedagogical University in San Luis.
