Resumen de Perspectiva libertária da intervenção do Estado no Brasil: a inovação como questão

O artigo analisa criticamente as aplicações da teoria libertária de Robert Nozick na intervenção do Estado na Economia. Para isso, primeiramente, examina-se a construção filosófica da teoria libertária, em especial as interações sociais que originaram o Estado mínimo. A partir de um contraexemplo ao caminho lógico-racional do autor, estabelece-se uma nova linha dedutiva, hábil a reinterpretar o desenvolvimento do Estado após o Estado mínimo. Para isso, utiliza-se o método interpretativo utilizado pelo próprio autor de referência para validar a hipótese de que o Estado brasileiro pode se expandir além do mínimo sem violar direitos e restrições morais, utilizando as mesmas premissas iniciais formuladas por Nozick1 Neste caso, o exemplo discutido é a possibilidade de o Estado fomentar a inovação tecnológica por meio de políticas públicas.

The article critically analyzes the applications of Robert Nozick's libertarian theory to state intervention in the economy. To do so, it firstly examines the philosophical construction of libertarian theory, especially the social interactions that gave rise to the minimal state. Based on a counterexample to the author's logical-rational path, a new deductive line is established, which is able to reinterpret the development of the State after the minimal State. Therefore, the interpretative method, as proposed by author, is used to validate the hypothesis that the Brazilian State can expand beyond the minimum without violating rights and moral restrictions, using the same initial premises formulated by Nozick2 . In this case, the example discussed is the possibility of the state fostering technological innovation through public policies.
