Se han propuesto distintas alternativas al manejo de la lumbalgia con el fin de reducir el riesgo de cronificación y su impacto social, laboral y económico.

The management of acute low back pain is a health problem that causes significant costs not only in terms of medical resources but also in terms of absenteeism from work. Different alternatives to the management of low back pain have been proposed to reduce the risk of chronification, and its social, occupational and economic impact.
