Resumen de Las relaciones internacionales en el contexto de la diplomacia en la nueva Granada: 1819-1850

La importancia de la Diplomacia se remonta a tiempos pretéritos, donde la necesidad de crear alianzas para zanjar las diferencias culturales, sociales, políticas y militares, cuando surgían las discordias entre las tribus, los señores feudales, hasta la conformación de los estados nacionales, remediando con ello las luchas a partir de la conformación de acuerdos, treguas y arreglos que tomaron el nombre de pactos.
Dentro de esta realidad política internacional, la Gran Colombia desde su misma conformación buscó, como las demás naciones nacientes de América, el vivo interés de crear condiciones diplomáticas para defender en principio su legitimidad ante las demás naciones del orbe, y en segundo lugar, como estrategia política para mantener su independencia de las cortes imperialistas y en suma, fortalecerse a nivel internacional como Estado nación libre e independiente de cualquier otra potencia, azuzado por tres siglos de dominación de la metrópoli, que al dejar un vacío en el poder, permitió la gestación de pequeños reinos derivados de su estructura política-administrativa de la Colonia, de allí la importancia de conocer y estudiar desde la diplomacia su interacción como Estado libre y la influencia de la Nueva Granada en el resto del Continente.
El presente artículo es derivado de un proceso de investigación en el campo de la hermenéutica histórica, método que busca explicar los nuevos fenómenos de la historiografía, a partir de fuentes primarias y de archivos que permiten reconstruir y comprender nuestra historia política contemporánea.

The importance of the Diplomacy goes back in time past, where the necessity to create alliances to settle cultural, social, political and military the differences, when the discords between the tribes, the feudales gentlemen, until the conformation of the national states, remedying with it the fights from the conformation in agreements, truces and adjustments a rose that took the name from pacts.
Within this international political reality, the Great Colombia from its same conformation looked for, like the other rising nations of America, the alive interest to create diplomatic conditions to defend in principle its legitimacy before the other nations of the orb, and secondly, as political strategy to maintain its independence of the imperialistic cuts and in sum, to fortify at international level like State free and independent nation of any other power, urged on by three centuries of domination of the metropolis, that when leaving an emptiness in the power, allowed the gestation of small kingdoms derived from its political-administrative structure of the colony, of there the importance of knowing and of studying from the diplomacy its interaction as been free and the influence of New Granada in the rest of the continent.
The present article is derived from a process of investigation in the field of the historical hermenéutica, method that it looks for to explain the new phenomena of the historiography, from primary sources and of archives that allow to reconstruct and to include/understand our contemporary political history
