    Se intenta mostrar la manera en que la razón patriarcal configura la subjetividad femenina subordinada de la mujer medellinense de 1920 a 1957, con el fin de entender que la cultura es la que ordena la forma de ser mujer u hombre; además de empezar a vislumbrar lo interesante que será investigar con el grupo Ratio Juris de la Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, en torno a las palabras dichas por el saber legal y su incidencia en la mujer colombiana de 1920 a 2008, en la Constitución (es), Legislación (es), Jurisprudencia.

    The intended purpose is to show the way in which the patriarchal reason configures the Medellín women's femini-ne subjectivity from 1920 to 1957, in order to understand that the culture is the one that commands the essence of being a woman ora man. Furthermore, to see how interesting it will be to investigate with the group Ratio Juris of Autonoma Latinoamericana University, about the words said by the legal knowledge and their influence on Co-lombian women from 1920 to 2008, in the Constitution, Legislation, and Jurisprudence
