  Si queremos conseguir la excelencia, un sistema educativo debe cuidar tanto la calidad como la equidad. La escuela inclusiva que ofrece una educación personalizada y atiende las diferencias de los alumnos es el mejor método para conseguirlo.

  El educador debe buscar no solo la excelencia académica sino también la educativa para intentar sacar lo mejor de cada estudiante. Sin embargo, el principal obstáculo que nos encontramos es que la escuela educa hoy para un mundo desconocido, «en cambio constante», lo que supone un verdadero desafío para el docente.

  If we want to achieve excellence, an educational system must take care of both quality and equity. The inclusive school that offers a personalized education and attends to the differences of the students is the best method to achieve this.

  The educator must seek not only academic excellence but also educational excellence to try to get the best out of each student. However, the main obstacle we find is that the school educates today for an unknown world, «in constant change», which is a real challenge for the teacher.
