  El artículo presenta una interpretación del texto de Cant 1, 6-7 en el contexto de la polémica antidonatista de Agustín. En la primera parte del artículo se toma en cuenta el sermo 46, para reconstruir la exégesis de Agustín sobre dicho texto, señalando otras explicaciones paralelas del mismo texto en diversas obras del Hiponate, para destacar, entre otras cosas, el status quaestionis de la presencia de este sermón en la Augustinus-Forschung. La segunda parte del artículo ofrece una posible lectura donatista del texto de Cant 1, 6-7. Se trata de una lectura diferente a la ofrecida por Agustín. El artículo presenta la hipótesis de que en el centro de la exegesis donatista de Cant 1, 6-7 se encontraba una lectura martirial del sintagma tabernacula pastorum, mientras que la interpretación agustiniana del sintagma in meridie estaría orientada hacia un sentido geográfico del mismo, desplazando la polémica con los donatistas, en torno a la identidad de la Iglesia, de un contexto martirial a un contexto meramente geográfico.

  The article presents an interpretation of the text of Cant 1, 6-7 in the context of Augustine¨s anti-Donatist polemic. In the first part of the article, sermo 46 is taken into account in order to reconstruct Agustine´s exegesis of this text, pointing out other parallel explanations of the same text in various works of the Bishop of Hippo, in order to highlight, among other things, the status quaestionis of the presence ofthis sermon in the Augustinus-Forschung. The second part of the article offers a possible Donatist reading of the text of Song 1, 6-7. It is a different reading from the one offered by Augustine. The article presents the hypothesis that at the centre of the Donatist exegesis of Cant 1, 6-7 was a martyrial reading of the syntagma tabernacula pastorum, while the Augustinian interpretation of the syntagma in meridie would be oriented towards a geographical sense, shifting the polemic with the Donatist, around the identity of the Church, from a martyrial context to a merely geographical context.
