Studies show us that creativity is a key factor for enterprises, companies and institutions of the 21st century. With this in mind, a group of universities, companies and associations have made an alliance to work together and develop the proposal defined in this paper. The experimental lab is the Urdaibai UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. We argue that art-based methods can provide a means of approaching the world, which in turn could contribute to a more holistic way of engaging with managerial contexts and will help to develop a more sustainable way of living.
