    The number of higher education intuitions has been growing since the foundation o the first schools, thus, it was realized the need to evaluate the servicesprovided by them. Itwas established by law that institutionsshould be evaluated, among the methods used is the self-assessment to be performed by the Own Evaluation Committee of each institution. At the Federal University of Espírito Santo, campus São Mateus, Own Evaluation Committeeconducts self-assessment annually and has the opinion of students, teachers and technicians. The reports obtained are importantsources for managers to see what can be improved at their institution. Another way to get information is the research with graduates, already carried out by other institutions around the world. The purpose ofthis paper isto show the importance of aggregating the opinions of graduates with the evaluations already collected by Own Evaluation Committee. With this research it is clear that the egresses can contribute to what is already evaluated and comparing the results obtained with the students can also obtain evolutions of the factors evaluated, in addition, the egress can evaluate the institution according to what it is, living in the job Market, bringing a vision that students, students and technicians cannotpass.

    O número de intuições de ensino superior vem crescendo desde a fundação das primeiras escolas, assim, percebeu-se a necessidade de avaliar o serviço prestado por elas. Foi instituído por lei que as instituições devem ser avaliadas, dentre os métodos utilizados está a autoavaliação a ser realizada pela Comissão Própria de Avaliação (CPA) de cada instituição. Na universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, Campus São Mateus a CPA realiza a autoavaliação anualmente e conta com opiniões de alunos, professores e técnicos. Os relatórios obtidos são fontes importantes para que os gestores enxerguem o que pode ser melhorado em sua instituição. Outra forma de obter informações é a pesquisa com egressos, já realizada por outras instituições mundo a fora. O intuito deste trabalho é mostrar a importância de agregar as opiniões de egressos com as avaliações já recolhidas pela CPA. Com essa pesquisa percebe-se que os egressos podem contribuir com o que já é avaliado e comparando os resultados obtidos com os dos alunos também pode-se obter evoluções dos fatores avaliados, além disso, o egresso pode avaliar a instituição segundo o que ele está vivenciando no mercado de trabalho, trazendo uma visão que alunos, discentes e técnicos não conseguem passar.
