Análise de viabilidade da implantação de uma usina de reciclagem de resíduos de construção civil (RCC) em um município de médio porte

    The construction sector has a significant participation in the Brazilian GDP, it must be considered the negative consequences regarding the accumulation of solid waste. Given the context, this research aims to evaluate the economic viability of the implementation of a construction waste recycling plant in the municipality of Imperatriz-MA. We conducted research to diagnose the way the CCR is managed by the city government. Thus, as a survey of the information it was possible to estimate the daily generation of CCR in the municipality around 200 tons. The economic feasibility study was carried out for a plant witha capacity of 25 tons per hour with production of 8 hours per day, totaling 200 tons of recycled aggregates daily. Certainly, in order to obtain the annual gross revenue, the project implementation and operating costs were raised and from the net values calculated, the Cash Flow of the Recycling Plant was estimated and the investment analysis was calculated using the Net Present (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Payback (PB) and the Net Profitability Index (ILL) for the 15-year time horizon. The results show that there is economic and financial viability in the implementation of the plant, with a positive NPV of R $ 7,041,682.10, IRR equal to 37.4949% and the BP achieved in 1.4 years as well as the ILL in 5.34. Therefore, it is unequivocally demonstrated the feasibility of implementing the project of waste recycling plant in the municipality of Imperatriz-MA

    O setor da construção tem uma participação significativa no PIB brasileiro, é preciso considerar as consequências negativas no que tange ao acúmulo de resíduos sólidos. Diante do contexto, esta pesquisa objetiva avaliar a viabilidade econômica da implantação de uma Usina de Reciclagem de Resíduo de Construção Civil no município de Imperatriz-MA. Realizamos pesquisas para diagnosticar a forma de gerenciamento dos RCC pelo poder público da cidade. Deste modo, como levantamento das informações foi possível estimar a geração diária de RCC no município em torno de 200 toneladas. O estudo de viabilidade econômica foi realizado para uma usina com a capacidade de 25 toneladas por hora com a produção de 8 horas por dia, totalizando 200 toneladas de agregados reciclados diariamente. De certo, para a obtenção da receita bruta anual foram levantados os custos de implantação do projeto e de operação e a partir dos valores líquidos calculados, foi estimado o fluxo de caixa da Usina de Reciclagem e calculou-se a análise de investimento utilizando o Valor Presente Líquido (VPL), Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) Payback (PB) e o Índice de Lucratividade Liquida (ILL) para o horizonte de tempo de 15 anos. Os resultados alcançados mostram que há viabilidade econômico-financeira na implantação da usina, com um VPL de R$ 7.041.682,10positivo, TIR igual a 37,4949% e o PB se concretizando em 1,4anos bem como o ILL em 5,34. Portanto, fica demonstrado de forma inequívoca a viabilidade da implantação do projeto de Usina de reciclagem de resíduos no município de Imperatriz-MA.
