  Sin lugar a dudas la pandemia por el COVID-19, ha transformado la forma de relacionarse en las organizaciones, entre estas y sus factores externos, pero también ha afectado las formas de emprendimiento y sus posibilidades de supervivencia. En esta investigación se realizó un estudio sobre las fortalezas de carácter que motivan al emprendedor e inciden en la posibilidad del emprendimiento, mediante un análisis mixto, con la cual se identifican las áreas de oportunidad y fortalezas para anteponerse a la crisis ocasionada por la pandemia.

  Without a doubt, the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the way organizations interact, between them and their external factors, but it has also affected the forms of entrepreneurship and their chances of survival. In this research, a study was carried out on the strengths of character that motivate the entrepreneur and affect the possibility of entrepreneurship, through a mixed analysis, with which the areas of opportunity and strengths are identified to overcome the crisis caused by the pandemic.
