  Este trabajo aspira a cumplir los siguientes objetivos:

  A) analizar la problemática de los cuadros de la administración estatal y la dirección de la economía, en el contexto de la primera fase de la transición revolucionaria en Nicaragua.

  B) contrastar con el propósito de revelar sus diferencias los componentes estructurales de la vieja educación y los que integran la nueva educación sandinista.

  C) relevar la importancia y necesidad que tiene como propósitos de planificación y administración concebir al sector educación como un sistema.

  D) hacer una propuesta sistemática, con el propósito de ubicar al subsistema de capacitación de cuadros para la administración estatal y la planificación y dirección de la economía, al interior del sistema nacional de educación.

  This paper aims to fulfill the following objectives:

  A) to analyze the problem of the cadres of the state administration and the direction of the economy, in the context of the first phase of the revolutionary transition in nicaragua.

  B) to contrast with the purpose of revealing their differences the structural components of the old education and those that integrate the new sandinista education.

  C) to highlight the importance and necessity of conceiving the education sector as a system for planning and administration purposes.

  D) to make a systematic proposal, with the purpose of locating the subsystem of training of cadres for the state administration and the planning and direction of the economy, within the national education system.
