Analiza las implicaciones de la globalización en nuestras sociedades, y las transformaciones que ha generado en las mismas, requiriendo ajustes del estado y en consecuencia en la administración pública, que permita adecuar las instituciones del estado a las nuevas realidades de la sociedad, siendo imprescindible fortalecerlo, así como a la función pública y el papel que cumple el funcionario de gobierno frente a la ciudadanía.

Analyzes the implications of globalization in our societies, and the transformations that it has generated in them, requiring adjustments in the state and consequently in public administration, which allows adapting state institutions to the new realities of society, being essential to strengthen it, as well as the public function and the role of the government official in front of the citizens.
